At Haro Eyewear, we ship worldwide and stand behind every order. Every shipment is handled with care through trusted international logistics partners, with full transparency from purchase to delivery.
1. Destinations & Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide. For our 12 primary markets, each region uses a dedicated local express carrier optimized for fast and reliable delivery:
- United States: USPS First-Class Rushed Shipping
- Canada: Canada Post Xpresspost (Express)
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail First-Class Rushed Shipping
- Germany: DHL Express Shipping
- France: Chronopost Express Shipping
- Spain: Correos Express Shipping
- Italy: Poste Italiane Express Shipping
- Ireland: An Post Express Post
- Belgium: bpost Express Shipping
- Switzerland: Swiss Post Priority Shipping
- Australia: Australia Post Express Post
- New Zealand: NZ Post Courier Express
For all other destinations (UAE, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and beyond), we ship through international tracked carriers. The applicable shipping method is automatically selected at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and displayed in your local currency:
- United States: $4.99 USD
- European Union (Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, Belgium): €4.99
- United Kingdom: £3.99 GBP
- Switzerland: CHF 4.99
- Canada: C$6.99 CAD
- Australia: AU$7.99 AUD
- New Zealand: NZ$7.99 NZD
- UAE & Middle East: $4.99 USD (or local equivalent)
- All other countries: $4.99 USD (or local equivalent)
Free Shipping is applied automatically at checkout when:
- Your order total is above USD 65 (or equivalent in your local currency), OR
- Your order contains 3 or more items
Note: thresholds are based on the equivalent of USD 65 in each local currency. Final amounts may vary slightly based on current exchange rates at checkout.
3. Order Handling & Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is ready, it is securely packed and handed over to the selected shipping carrier.
During periods of high demand, operational adjustments, or additional verification procedures, processing times may be slightly extended.
Products that are custom-made may require additional preparation time. Any extended timelines will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination region:
- United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Europe (Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Switzerland): 5–12 business days
- UAE & Middle East: 10–15 business days
- Rest of the World (Oceania, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and other destinations): 10–18 business days
These delivery timeframes are average estimates based on standard international shipping performance.
While most orders arrive within the stated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally vary due to external factors such as customs procedures, local postal services, or unforeseen logistics conditions.
We continuously monitor all shipments to ensure they are progressing as expected and remain available to assist you whenever needed.
Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your shipment at any time through the carrier's tracking system using the provided tracking number.
6. Delivery Support
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend allowing a short additional period, as international shipments may occasionally experience transit delays.
If your package still has not been delivered after this time, please contact us at support@haroeyewear.com with your order number.
Our team will actively assist you in tracking your shipment and working with the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
While delivery timelines are influenced by shipping carriers and local logistics providers, we remain responsible for supporting you throughout the entire delivery process and ensuring that every case is properly handled.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping may be required.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Sales tax (where applicable) is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@haroeyewear.com, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
